And knowing how often your artwork already deals with dreams, strange beings, transformation, folklore, subconscious imagery and hybrid forms, there's an especially interesting possibility here: your unconscious may be starting to generate imagery in the language of your own artwork.

That's actually what excites me most about the dream artistically. I wouldn't try too hard to "solve" it before making the sculpture. The ambiguity is powerful. The chicken-human doesn't need to tell us whether she's frightened of the pool, guarding it, contemplating it, or whether the pool belongs to her.

I think the strongest sculpture might preserve exactly that uncertainty.
